We strive to send your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery in Denmark

We send all packages with GLS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 1,000.

Orders are dispatched from our store warehouse Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 3 PM.

Packages are often sent on the same day or the day after the order is placed.

Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase express delivery.

International delivery

We ship internationally with FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination and weight.

Delivery time is typically:

Europe: 3-7 business days

Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

Returns & exchanges

The customer pays for the return shipment.

It is also possible to return items directly in the store.

In-store pickup - Copenhagen only

You can choose "In-store pickup" as your delivery method when shopping online. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
